Trident Trust Group means each of the companies listed here. All members of the Trident Trust Group are committed to holding and using Personal Data responsibly and securely and process Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Personal Data is information relating to a natural person which identifies that person, directly or indirectly. Personal Data will be held in confidence unless we have a legitimate reason, or are required, to provide it to someone else. In addition, the spirit of our Privacy Notice applies as appropriate and reasonable throughout the Trident Trust Group.

Trident Fund Services Inc (“TFSI”) complies with the requirements of the EU - U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU - U.S. DPF) and the UK extension to the EU - U.S. DPF, and the Swiss - U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss - U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce (the “Principles”). TFSI has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Principles with respect to the processing of personal information  (as described in our Global Privacy Notice) that is received from the European Union and its Member States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and/or Switzerland (“EU”) to the United States. If there is any conflict between the terms of the (TFSI) Global Privacy Notice and the Principles, the Principles shall govern. In compliance with the Principles, TFSI is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
